481: Foundations of Leadership
I am currently in the middle of completing this course. Therefore, I have attached the outline for my final paper, my Personal Philosophy of Leadership. I plan to discuss the influence of various experiences in my lifetime that have lead to my current beliefs on leadership then compare and contrast various styles of leadership with my own. The outcome will help me understand my influence within my current career at Children’s Medical Center as well as future career applications.
In addition, the two knowledge cards attached are specific examples of how I can apply my personal influence in my day to day interactions.
